Ian Froude

Founder & Connector

Ian is the Founder of Pedal & Shift, where he uses two decades of leadership experience to create new opportunities and strategic growth for clients. He is a Civil Engineering graduate of Memorial University equipped with years of business development, relationship building, and strategic planning experience. Ian’s diverse background—spanning municipal and provincial government, the non-profit sector, and private enterprise—enables him to connect the dots across sectors and deliver tailored, high-impact results.

Stephanie Granville

Operations & Service
Delivery Manager

Stephanie oversees daily operations, financial management, HR, OHS, and logistics for Pedal & Shift, while also contributing to client projects through stakeholder engagement, research, and report writing. Her academic foundation consists of a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Memorial University, as well as a Master of Science in Chemistry and Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa. Her education, combined with 15+ years of teaching, program development, research, and project coordination equip her to prepare valuable solutions and resources for clients.

Megan Dobbin

Business Development &
Client Success Manager

Megan drives strategic growth for Pedal & Shift and its clients. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh. With over seven years of experience tailoring business development, marketing, stakeholder management, and corporate strategy in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, Megan is skilled in driving growth and building lasting partnerships. She is passionate about creating sustainable pathways for business advancement.

Fayez Almadhoun

Marketing &
Communications Coordinator

Fayez develops and executes marketing strategies for both Pedal & Shift and its clients. A graduate of Memorial University’s Bachelor of Commerce program, Fayez blends analytical skills with creative execution to deliver impactful results across various platforms. He leverages a strong foundation in online marketing and campaign planning to drive brand visibility and community engagement. Having managed large digital ad budgets and produced a range of high-performing creative assets, he combines data-driven insights with a strong visual presence to amplify brand awareness.

Lauren Fraser

Business Development & Market Research Associate

Based in Nova Scotia, Lauren supports Pedal & Shift and its clients by building relationships, conducting market research, and driving business development initiatives across the renewable energy, ocean technology, and clean innovation sectors, both in Atlantic Canada and abroad. She holds a degree in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University, a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from NSCC, and a Certificate in Sustainability Leadership from Dalhousie University. With experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and project management across public, private, and non-profit sectors, Lauren leverages insights to foster partnerships and advance sustainability and purpose-driven growth.
