The founder and principal consultant of Pedal & Shift, Ian is a dynamic and multifaceted individual, whose community leadership, ​policy analysis, expertise in business development and ​project execution, and dedication to positive change define his journey.

He has a diverse background with experience in government, the non-profit/charitable sector, and the private sector. A graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland's Civil Engineering Program, Ian's solid foundation of technical expertise complements his dedication to fostering growth and innovation within government, the corporate world, and the communities he serves.
