# Business Development Client: Altomaxx

Pedal & Shift has been serving Altomaxx, a drone services company, since spring 2024. We support Altomaxx in preparing and executing business development strategies to drive growth and build lasting client relationships. Our work includes creating standardized operating procedures for their sales processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency. We have also facilitated the transition to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, optimizing their client management and communication. Additionally, we provided advice on the development of [Altomaxx's new website](https://altomaxx.com/), helping to enhance their online presence and better showcase their services. Through these efforts, we help Altomaxx strengthen its market position and streamline business operations.
